We exist because most business software is set up wrong
StackFixOps started with a simple observation: companies don't lack tools, they lack systems. The tools are bought, half-configured, disconnected, and quietly generating manual work. We're the team that fixes that.
From one freelancer to a full-stack team
StackFixOps began as one person solving one workflow at a time. Our founder, Muhammad Ramzan, spent years as a freelance automation specialist on Upwork, earning Top Rated Plus status by doing unglamorous work extremely well: untangling broken Zaps, rebuilding messy CRMs, and turning "someone should automate this" into systems that actually ran.
A pattern kept repeating. Clients didn't need another tool, they needed someone to make their existing tools work together. The CRM that nobody updated. The automation that broke silently in March and nobody noticed until June. The lead list that bounced. The same fixable problems, everywhere.
In 2023, that repeating pattern became StackFixOps: an agency built specifically around fixing and connecting the modern business stack, hence the name. Today we're a team of 10+ specialists covering AI, automation, CRM, development, ecommerce, lead generation, and paid ads, with 200+ projects delivered for 100+ clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
The way we work
Fixers first, builders second
Plenty of agencies love building shiny new systems. Our roots are in fixing broken ones, which taught us to build things that don't break: documented, monitored, and honest about their limits.
Async by design
We work with clients across every timezone through clear written communication. Updates you can read at 7am with your coffee, no meeting required. When a call genuinely helps, we book one, it just isn't the default.
Small enough to care, complete enough to deliver
At 10-15 people, every project gets senior attention, and our founder still reviews every delivery personally. But the skill coverage is full-stack: the same team that automates your CRM can build the tool, run the ads, and feed the pipeline.
Honest to a fault
We've told clients not to hire us when a simple tool solved their problem. We'd rather lose a project than sell you something you don't need, because the clients who stay for years are worth more than the ones oversold once.
Meet the Director
Muhammad Ramzan founded StackFixOps after 5+ years in the trenches of business automation, first as a freelancer, then leading a growing team. He's personally built hundreds of automations, CRM systems, and integrations for businesses ranging from solo founders to established international companies. His filter for every project is simple: "Would this system survive if we disappeared tomorrow?" If the answer is no, it ships with better documentation.
Connect on LinkedInThe businesses we fit best
Our clients are usually one of three kinds: agencies that need reliable buildout capacity behind their own brand, growing service businesses whose operations outgrew spreadsheets and memory, and ecommerce or SaaS companies whose tools multiplied faster than their systems. What they share: they value clear communication, honest scope, and systems that keep working after we're done.
